Shipping Policy
The Device Depot only ships Monday through Friday. Orders can be delivered on Saturday for an extra charge. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia!
How fast is your shipping?
We do our best to ship at laser-quick speeds! Depending on the time of purchase, we can ship out same-day or next-day most regular shipping orders are received by the customer in 2-3 business days. We offer next day shipping (during the week days) for an extra price.
Where is my package?
Due to the recent rise in "friendly fraud" we are not liable for missing packages if we are not contacted within the same day the package showed delivered.
Our system notifies you when an item is out for delivery and has been marked as delivered. We also email you tracking from the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) that also shows you the status of the package from in-transit, arrived at local facility, out for delivery, and delivered. All our packages are "signature required" and include a photo of the delivery in a secure area of your home.
Even with all these measures customers will leave notes such as "leave without signing" or wait days before contacting us about their package. Unfortunately we can not be held liable if we are not contacted immediately or within the same day the item was delivered.
Friendly Fraud: A customer attempts to deceive a merchant by claiming "I didn't receive my item" but all our packages are signature required or include a picture of delivery in secure location.
