Returns - 14 Days
Whats eligible: Any device can be returned for a refund within 14-Days from the date of purchase. Device must be in the same condition as it was received in. This applies to cancellations of orders as well. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns. Unfortunately every transaction comes at a cost to us and we can no longer accept returns/cancellations free of charge. If a device is received and has a defect we will attempt to replace the item at least once. If you refuse the first warranty exchange a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns. If the second device received is also defective we will accept the item back for a 100% refund.
Whats is NOT eligible: Any device that was purchased and it has been longer than 14-Days from date of purchase. Any device that has been damaged physically or liquid. We reserve right to change the color of any device thats ordered if the color originally selected goes out of stock.

Cancellation Policy - No Exceptions
We do not allow for cancellations of orders starting January 1st, 2023.
All orders will ship and can be returned via our return policy and will incur the same re-stocking/cancellation fee.
Warranty - 90 Day
Whats Covered: Faulty camera, speaker, screen, or anything that isn't a result of accidental damage.
What is NOT Covered: Accidental damage of any kind. Physical, Liquid, or Cracks.
If a device cant be replaced under warranty will be eligible for return and will not incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If the device is returned without allowing us to do one warranty exchange a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.
Troubleshooting:
- If you have issues with the device you received from the Device Depot, PLEASE CONTACT US for help. We are able to fix that issue or help you over the phone or e-mail. We prefer to trouble shoot with you first before immediately assuming it needs to be returned.
