Cancellations: Before Shipping

All order cancellations requests will be processed in the order they are received. If the order has already shipped it will need to be returned via our return policy.

If the order has not shipped a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Example: Original Order $500 x 15% = $75 Fee. Refund = $425

Returns: 14 Days

Whats eligible: Any device can be returned for a refund within 14-Days from the date of purchase. Device must be in the same condition as it was received in. Every transaction comes at a cost to us and we can no longer accept returns/cancellations free of charge. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. If a device is received and is defective we can attempt to replace the item at least once. If you refuse a warranty exchange and want to skip to a return only a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Whats is NOT eligible: Any device that was purchased and it has been longer than 14-Days from date of purchase. Any device that has physical and/or liquid damage. We reserve right to change the color of any device thats ordered if the color originally selected goes out of stock.

Warranty: 120 Days 

Whats Covered:  Faulty camera, speaker, screen, or anything that isn't a result of accidental damage.

What is NOT Covered:  Accidental damage of any kind. Physical, Liquid, or Cracks.  

If you want to return the device and skip a warranty exchange a 10% re-stocking fee is applied to refund.   

Troubleshooting: 

- If you have issues with the device you received from the Device Depot, PLEASE CONTACT US for help. We are able to fix that issue or help you over the phone or e-mail. We prefer to trouble shoot with you first before immediately assuming it needs to be returned.
