All cases are made to order. Once your order is placed the case will get picked, the design will be freshly printed to the case, QC will verify quality, and once its passed QC your case will be packed and shipped! :)
We make products on demand instead of in bulk to reduce overproduction. As new device models release the previous device model demand quickly decreases which in the past has lead to 1000s of clear cases that will never get printed on and have to be destroyed. Although shipping may take a little longer the trade off is reducing waste when products are discontinued and go un-sold!

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and include all the original packaging.

As a small business we incur fees with returns such as return labels, credit card fees, etc. In order to offer hassle free 14-day returns a 20% re-stocking fee is deducted from on all returns/refunds.
