Returns - 14 Day

Phone, Laptop, Tablet, Watch:

Eligible: Any device can be returned for a refund within 14-Days from the date of purchase. Device must be in the same condition as it was received in. This applies to cancellations of orders as well. 

NOT Eligible: Any device that was purchased and it has been longer than 14-Days from date of purchase. Any device that has been physically damaged or shows signs of liquid damage. We reserve right to change the color of any device thats ordered if the color originally selected goes out of stock. 

  • 20% re-stocking fee on all returns. No exceptions. 

Consoles:

Any video game console that is purchased on The Device Depot can be returned if has not been opened. We do not accept ANY returns if the item has been opened and/or the seal has been broken. All consoles must be returned in the condition they were received, sealed/un-opened. We will issue refund after item has been inspected for tampering. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 10% re-stocking fee applies. No exceptions.

Wrong Color:

Due to the current nature of the global supply chain we may ship a device in a neutral color in the event that the color you ordered goes out of stock. We will alway ship the correct model but a change in color may be necessary. We reserve the right to accept a return or exchange. 

Warranty - 90 Day

Covered: Faulty camera, speaker, screen, or anything that is not a result of accidental damage.

NOT Covered:  Accidental damage of any kind. Physical, Liquid, or Cracks.  

Any device experiencing issues that was purchased on The Device Depot must go through our exchange system at least once before an exchange can be changed to a return/refund. If the customer does not want to follow through with our exchange/warranty process the device can be returned but a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If a defective device can't be immediately exchanged under warranty it is eligible for a regular return and will not incur a 20% re-stocking fee.  

Troubleshooting

If you have issues with the device you received from the Device Depot, PLEASE CONTACT US for help. Fill out our "warranty" form at the bottom of the page and we might be able to resolve the issue via phone call or e-mail. We prefer to troubleshoot the issue before immediately assuming it needs to be exchanged/returned.

Will the phone work with my carrier?

YES. All our devices are CDMA + GSM unlocked. That means that they are compatible with any carrier or company in the US and anywhere else. If for whatever reason it is not we will gladly ship you a replacement free of charge.

We are located in Fayetteville, Ar and ship all our online orders directly from Fayetteville! Being centrally located in the United States helps with faster shipping times and makes it easy to offer convenient customer service hours whether you're in the West, Central, or East coast.
